Course Registration

Once you have enrolled your student at Nevada Union for next year, you may go on to the 2nd step of registering them for courses.

Online Enrollment Instructions

2024-2025 enrollment is now open. You may enroll your incoming Freshman student or new upper level student for next school year. Please note that enrollments must be complete by June 1 for next school year. We are changing to a new student information system over the summer and we will be unable to enroll students between June 1 and July 17.

Enrollment is online only. Please select the 2024-2025 enrollment packet from the drop-down menu (unless you are enrolling a student for the 2023-24 school year).

Please be sure to have all of the required documents available prior to starting the enrollment process:

Copy of Birth Certificate
Immunization Record
TWO Proof of Residency (utility bill, car registration, Driver's License, etc.)
Court Documents (if applicable)
- Proof of Guardianship
- Custody
- Restraining Orders
- Legal Name Change
Copy of 504 (if applicable)
Copy of IEP / Special Education (if applicable)

STEP 1 - Click the link for the Online Registration (Enrollment) Account Access in either English or Spanish below:

STEP 2 - Select the 'More Options' button

STEP 3 - Create a 'New Account'

STEP 4 - Use prompts to determine if you already have a Parent VUE account in the system, and click 'Continue'

STEP 5 - 'Agree' to the Privacy Statement

STEP 6 - After submitting the requested information you will receive a confirmation email which contains a link to allow you to finish creating your account. Click the link in your email to go to the 'Complete Account Creation' window.

STEP 7 - Create an account, and click 'Save & Continue'

STEP 8 - You may now begin the registration process!

Once you have enrolled your student for next year, you may set up an appointment with your student's counselor to select courses. Click this link to go to the Course Registration page.
