Course Registration

Once you have enrolled your student at Nevada Union for next year, you may go on to the 2nd step of registering them for courses.

Online Enrollment Instructions

You may enroll your incoming Freshman student or new upper level student for the upcoming school year.

Enrollment is online only.

To make the online registration process smooth and convenient, please have the following information available:

Student's Birth Certificate (or Affidavit)
Immunization Record (please contact your student's previous school to obtain if you don't have it)
TWO Proof of Residency (utility bill, car registration, Driver's License, etc.)
Court Documents (if applicable)
- Proof of Guardianship
- Custody
- Restraining Orders
- Legal Name Change
Copy of 504 (if applicable)
Copy of IEP / Special Education (if applicable)

If you have hard copies of documentation that need to be submitted in person (items you have chosen not to upload), please plan on coming to the school's main office between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm Monday - Friday to complete registration. STEP 2 - Select the 2024-2025 (or current school year)

STEP 3 - Login: Create a 'New Account'. All users for the 2024-2025 school year will need to create a new login as

we have moved to a new student information system. Please note that you should use your personal email address and not a work email address as it may be blocked and not allow you to continue.

STEP 4 - Account Created: The system will auto-generate an email to your personal email account provided. Please check your email and follow the instructions to finish enrollment.

STEP 5 - Adding your student's information: Please note that all information entered by the enrolling parent requires legal name that can be verified by documentation, as well as proper capitalization. This information becomes part of your student's legal record, so please take care in completing all information requested. Be as thorough and complete as possible when answering questions.

STEP 6 - Once you have entered all of the information required, you will be able to review your confirmation page and submit your registration. If you need to edit your enrollment after you have submitted it, please contact our registrars at 530.273.4431 x5005.

STEP 7 - Once you have enrolled your student for next year, you may set up an appointment with your student's counselor to select courses. Click this link to go to the Course Registration page.
