This course of study places emphasis on living organisms, their diversity, which also include investigation into the patterns of life, both present and past. Particular emphasis is placed on molecular and cellular aspects; the role of humans; and the problems of preservation and conservation of the natural resources necessary to his survival. Laboratory experiments and demonstrations are performed to enrich the understanding of the subject matter.
