Advanced Photography

This is an advanced program intended to lead to a professional approach to photography. Students will continue to develop and build upon the skills of individual perception and develop a fuller awareness of light, color and composition through the experience of photography. The primary goal will be to help the student develop an individual style and vision, and learn how students may give form to their vision. Assignments and activities will lead to discovering the interrelationship of the arts. Students are encouraged to produce work for sale and exhibit and enter contests and competitions.
Note: Students will be requested to purchase materials. Students should have access to a camera. The school provides a few to borrow.
