Attendance
Greetings from the attendance office! We are excited about this upcoming school year, and we want to give you a few tips and reminders to ensure that you have a successful year.
Absences (more than 5 minutes late to class)
- Please contact the attendance office at (530) 273-4431 ext. 5009.
- Every student must check out with the attendance office and pick up their off campus pass before leaving campus.
- Your parent or guardian has three school days to clear your absence.
- Failure to clear absences will result in a Saturday school.
- 1 period truancy will result in a Saturday school.
- Twelve period truancies will begin the Student Attendance Mediation (SAM) process - for more information, please refer to the online handbook pg. 11.
Tardies (less than 5 minutes late to class)
- Four tardies will result in you serving lunch detention.
- Eight tardies will result in a second detention.
- Twelve tardies will result in a Saturday school.
- Sixteen tardies will result in on-campus intervention and begin the Student Attendance Mediation (SAM) process - for more information, please refer to the online handbook pg. 11.
