AP Physics 1

AP Physics is an algebra-based course that provides an introduction to measurement, motion and kinematics, forces, energy, momentum and inertia, rotational motion, gravitation, waves and oscillations, and simple electrical circuits. Emphasis is on inquiry lab investigations, problem-solving, critical thinking and scientific methodology. Students my
earn college credits by taking and passing the College Board Advanced Placement test.
