Introduction to Ceramics
This course will introduce the art student to ceramic techniques and material. Major emphasis will be on projects dealing with the various aspects of technical proficiency in clay. This course is designed to introduce techniques, foster art appreciation, and develop each student’s artistic process. Students will receive VAPA standards-based instruction in all the Visual Arts and complete hands-on assignments.
